Who will perform with Bad Bunny at Super Bowl 60? Predictions on guests

Bad Bunnyis set for theSuper Bowl halftime show, but is he bringing anyone with him to the world's biggest stage?

USA TODAY

The Puerto Rican artist's performance has alreadycaused much debate, but fans are looking forward to a performance that could unify, shut down his critics, and bring Latin music to an even bigger audience. The NFL has its bets on the 31-year-oldhelping globalize the Super Bowl, too.

And with up to 15 minutes to kill (some double headliners have gottenas low as 12 minutes to split), it's almost guaranteed the "Tití Me Preguntó" singer won't be alone.

<p style=Bad Bunny has touched down in the Bay Area ahead of his highly anticipated, and contested, Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on Sunday, Feb. 8, in Santa Clara, California.

The Puerto Rican superstar appeared at the Apple Music press conference with hosts Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden to chat all about what fans can expect from his solo halftime show debut (he previously hit the stage with Jennifer Lopez and Shakira in 2020).

"I feel more excited about all of the people than thinking about me," he said onstage, visibly nervous, and taking it all in. "My family and all my friends."

While longtime collaboratorJ Balvinhas cleared up rumors that he would hit the stage following the pair'spost-feud reunion, other former collaborators and friends have neither confirmed nor denied making appearances.

Who could take the stage with Bad Bunny at Super Bowl 60? Here's some predictions:

Cardi B

From left, J Balvin, Cardi B, and Bad Bunny perform onstage during the 2018 American Music Awards at Microsoft Theater on Oct. 9, 2018, in Los Angeles.

Though the Bronx MC ismere months postpartum, she's also gearing up for her first headlining arena run in six years, theLittle Miss Drama Tour, on Feb. 11. The pair also have a hit record – "I Like It" with Balvin – that will let the "Up" rapper dip her toes in the Super Bowl field, after sheturned down the honorin 2019 to rack up "more hits" and experience performing.

Jennifer Lopezand Shakira

Colombian singer Shakira and Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny perform during the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show at Hard Rock Stadium on Feb. 2, 2020, in Miami.

In a throwback to Bad Bunny and Balvin's special guest appearances duringJennifer LopezandShakira's coheadliningSuper Bowl performancein 2020, the rapper could offer the same invitation. Lopez and El Conejo Malo previously collaborated on the 2018 Latin trap hit, "Te Guste," which could slot in nicely with the singer's career-spanning set.

JLo currently has a break amid her Up All Night Las Vegas residency; however, Shakira will be preparing for the second half of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour with multiple dates in El Salvador. Still, the trio may not want to pass upmaking Latin history again.

Rauw Alejandro

Rauw Alejandro took the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, by storm as he made a surprise performance of "Que Pasaría," "Party," "Punto 40," "Buenos Términos," and "Lokera" at Bad Bunny's Puerto Rican Residency.

With two reggaeton collabs under their belt – 2022's "Party" and 2024's "Que Pasaría..." – Bad Bunny andRauw Alejandrocould bring the globally dominating genre to the biggest stage in American music. Rauw also hit the stage during Benito's record-breaking Puerto Rican residency in 2025, in a highly anticipated appearance that also saw the "Todo De Ti" singer play his biggest hits.

Marc Anthony

Bad Bunny, left, and Marc Anthony perform onstage during the 19th annual Latin Grammy Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Nov. 15, 2018, in Las Vegas.

Grammy-winning salsa legendMarc Anthonycould make his way to the Super Bowl stage to perform his 2018 hit with Bad Bunny (and Will Smith), "Está Rico." An appearance from the Spanish Harlem native, a mainstay of the '90s and the top-selling salsa artist of all time, would help bridge generations of Latin music.

Malumaand Bad Bunny have so far never shared the stage before and have only officially collaborated on the remix to Maluma's track "Un Polvo" in 2016, so this one is a bit of a reach. However, the Colombian singer has been supportive of Bad Bunny, including making a cameo at his residency, and he's not unfamiliar to American audiences, having collaborated with the likes of The Weeknd, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and Ricky Martin.

Ivy Queen

THE RUNDOWN

  • Taylor Swift released her "Opalite" music video on YouTube this morning after debuting it on Friday and revealing its origin story.

  • The project was initially only available to watch on Apple Music and Spotify Premium.

  • It co-stars all her co-panelists on The Graham Norton Show, Domhnall Gleeson, Cillian Murphy, Lewis Capaldi, Greta Lee, and Jodie Turner-Smith, along with host Graham Norton.

Taylor Swift added to her directing and writing credits thisweek with her "Opalite" music video, which she debuted onApple MusicandSpotify Premiumon Friday. This morning, she finally added the video to YouTube:

Unlike her first single,"The Fate of Ophelia,"which explored showgirls and fame, "Opalite" focused on the search for love and connection—through a '90s lens. It started with an infomercial for an "Opalite" spray, promising to solve your problems and bring companionship.

It then shifted to Swift's story as a "lonely woman" attached to her pet rock and her journey to a "lonely man," portrayed by Domhnall Gleeson, who had that same co-dependent relationship with his pet cactus. The Opalite spray brings them together—and leads to them falling in love and doing quintessential '90s dates like a mall trip, dance competition, and more.

Taylor Swift and the rock having a cocktail Domhnall Gleeson and Taylor Swift

Swift wrote on X about how she developed the idea for the music video, revealing it came together while she was doing promo forThe Life of a Showgirl.

"My favorite part about writing is that first spark of an idea. It can happen at any time, for any reason," she began. "The idea for the 'Opalite' music video crash landed into my imagination when I was doing promo forThe Life of a Showgirl. I was a guest on one of my favorite shows, @TheGNShow [The Graham Norton Show]. For those of you who aren't familiar, it's a U.K. late night show where Graham Norton (the insanely charismatic and lovable host) invites a random group of actors, entertainers, musicians, etc., to be on his show and we all sit there and chat like it's a dinner party. They even serve wine. Anyway. I remember thinking I got ridiculously lucky with the group I was paired with. Cillian Murphy, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Lewis Capaldi. All people whose work I've admired from afar. When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall made a light-hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos. He's Irish! He was joking! Except that in that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an *idea*. And so a week later, he received an email script I'd written for the 'Opalite' video, where he was playing the starring role. I had this thought that it would be wild if all of our fellow guests on the Graham Norton show that night, including Graham himself, could be a part of it too. Like a school group project but for adults and it isn't mandatory. To my delight, everyone from the show made the effort to time travel back to the '90s with us and help with this video. You might even recognize some friendly faces from The Eras Tour. I got to work with one of my favorite people in the world, Rodrigo Prieto, again! I had more fun than I ever imagined—Made new friends, metaphors, and fashion choices. It was an absolute thrill to create this story and these characters. Shot on film. The 'Opalite' video is out now on Spotify and Apple Music."
