Topher Graceis marveling at how his friendGlen Powellhasn't changed over the years.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the Los Angeles premiere ofHow to Make a Killingon Saturday, Feb. 14, Grace, 47, gushed about how Powell, 37, has remained the "same human" despite becoming an A-list actor in recent years.

"I've known Glen for a long time," Grace says of his friend and costar in the A24 thriller. "I've known him for years. Yeah, we've never acted together — up until now."

According to Grace, he and Powell met "through a friend" back in 2009.

"I remember being very impressed by him when I met him," theThat '70s Showalum recalls. "I have kids now, so I don't know anyone I knew back then," adds the father of three. "I remember thinking, 'Okay, let's go over there and see if Glen is the same,' because he was really blowing up at that moment, and he was exactly the same human."

"All my time in Hollywood I've never seen someone handle it so well and just be the same guy," Grace says.

TheFlight Riskstar also gave Powell credits for his performance as Becket Redfellow inHow to Make a Killing.

"The thing that ties it all together is Glen," Grace tells PEOPLE. "He's a great leading man."

In the film, Powell plays the role of a man seeking revenge after his wealthy family disowns him.

Alba wore a red printed bikini with leopard-print details, pairing the look with gold hoop earrings, a brown trucker hat that read, "Out of Office" and a pair of shades.

Ramirez, 33, who wrapped his arms around Alba as the pair cuddled in the waves, sported red swim trunks and a trucker hat that read, "Lucky" with a flying duck.

The pair were spotted locking lips in the water and walking hand in hand as Ramirez kissed his girlfriend's hand.

Amidst their romantic outing, Ramirez celebrated wrapping filming on his directorial debut in the upcoming movieBaton. Ramirez wrote and directed the film, and will also star in it.

On Monday, he posted photos to his Instagram Stories from the set announcing the wrap on filming.

The couple's beach outing came days after Alba's ex-husband,Cash Warren,filed to finalize their divorce.

As for Alba and Ramirez, the couple have been in a relationship since July 2025, when they were spotted traveling together on numerous occasions.

In early July 2025, a source told PEOPLE that things were "very new" between Ramirez and theHoneyactress, and that "they're having a good time together."

Alba then wentInstagram officialwith Ramirez in a post from November 2025 and went on to share more PDA in another post celebrating the new year.

Alba — who sharesdaughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, as well as son Hayes Alba, 8, with Warren— first separated from her ex in 2024. Alba filed for divorce from Warren in January 2025 after 16 years of marriage.

According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE and filed by Warren on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, the couple will not pay one another spousal support. The documents show that the divorce is uncontested and Warren is seeking final approval from the court.

Anderson Cooperhas addressed his exit from CBS'60 Minutes, explaining he wants to spend more time with his children.

As first reported by the online news siteBreaker, Cooper will be departing60 Minutesat the end of the current broadcast season, which ends in May. The veteran journalist has served as a correspondent on the long-running news program for two decades, in addition to hostingAnderson Cooper 360°on CNN.

"Being a correspondent at60 Minuteshas been one of the great honors of my career," Cooper said in a statement, per theAssociated Press. "I got to tell amazing stories, and work with some of the best producers, editors and camera crew in the business."

He continued, "For nearly 20 years, I've been able to balance my jobs at CNN and CBS, but I have little kids now, and I want to spend as much time with them as possible, while they still want to spend time with me."

Cooper has two sons born by surrogate, Wyatt Morgan Cooper (5) and Sebastian Luke Maisani-Cooper (4), whom he co-parents with his ex-partner, Benjamin Maisani.

The decision to step away from60 Minutescomes amidbehind-the-scenes dramaat CBS News. The network has seen several changes sinceBari Weisswas appointed editor-in-chief in October 2025, includingfirings,hirings, andpromotions.

60 Minutes, in particular, has been at the center of the drama. The show's long-time executive producer,Bill Owens, left in April 2025,stating,"It has become clear that I would not be allowed to run the show as I have always run it." This came amid CBS's parent company, Paramount, seeking to merge with Skydance, which required government approval.

In December,60 Minutesmade headlines again after Weiss pulled a report from correspondentSharyn Alfonsion the El Salvador mega-prison CECOT due to a lack of an on-camera response from the White House. While the report later aired in January,Alfonsi criticized Weiss' initial decisionas politically motivated.

Paramount also settled a lawsuit withDonald Trumpafter thepresident sued CBS and60 Minutesfor what he claimed was a biased interview with his 2024 presidential election opponent,Kamala Harris.

Cooper's spokesperson told the AP that he had no further comment when asked whether his exit was related to Weiss' leadership. However, according to Oliver Darcy'sStatus newsletter,one source said Cooper wasn't aligned with the "rightward direction" of CBS News under Weiss and Paramount CEO David Ellison.

"He wasn't comfortable with the direction the show was taking under Bari, and is in a position where he doesn't have to put up with it," the source claimed.

In January,Status reportedthat Weiss was stalling one of Cooper's60 Minutesreports on the Trump administration accepting certain South African refugees.

"We're grateful to [Cooper] for dedicating so much of his life to this broadcast, and understand the importance of spending more time with family," CBS said in a statement. "60 Minuteswill be here if he ever wants to return."

Cooper will continue to host his show on CNN and will remain on60 Minutesfor the rest of the current season, with his final episode expected to air in May.

Feb 17 (Reuters) - Migrants in Libya, including young girls, are at risk of being killed, tortured, raped or put into domestic slavery, according to a U.N. report that called for ‌a moratorium on the return of migrant boats to the country until human rights are ensured.

Libya has ‌become a transit route for migrants fleeing conflict and poverty to Europe across the Mediterranean since the fall in 2011 of dictator Muammar Gaddafi ​to a NATO-backed uprising. Factional conflict has split the country into western and eastern factions since 2014.

In recent years, the EU and EU member states have supported and trained the Libyan coastguard, which returns migrants stopped at sea to detention centres, and have funded Libyan border management programmes.

A report published on Tuesday by the U.N. Human Rights Office and the U.N. ‌Support Mission said migrants are rounded up ⁠and abducted by criminal trafficking networks, often with ties to the Libyan authorities and criminal networks abroad.

"They are separated from their families, arrested, and transferred to detention facilities without due ⁠process, often at gunpoint, in what amounts to arbitrary detention," Thameen Al-Kheetan, spokesperson of the U.N. Human Rights Office, told a briefing in Geneva.

The Libya mission in Geneva and the Tripoli-based Government of National Unity did not immediately respond to a request ​for ​comment. Libyan authorities have previously denied any systematic abuse of migrants.

A ​spokesperson for the EU Commission did not immediately ‌respond to a request for comment.

The report is based on interviews with almost 100 migrants, asylum seekers and refugees from 16 countries in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. They were interviewed inside and outside Libya.

It cited an Eritrean woman who was detained for over six weeks at a trafficking house in Tobruk, in eastern Libya. "I wish I died. It was a journey of hell," she said.

"Different men raped me many times. Girls as young as ‌14 were raped daily," she said. The perpetrators released her after ​her family paid a ransom.

The report, covering the period January 2024 ​to December 2025, described instances of a man being ​forced to work without pay or enough food, and of girls being separated from their ‌mothers.

"Men used humiliating methods with women, making them, ​for example, take their clothes ​off in front of other men and women migrants before raping them publicly, torturing them, and beating them," Suki Nagra, U.N. Human Rights representative at the U.N. mission in Libya, told the Geneva briefing.

The report ​emphasised the importance of life-saving search and ‌rescue operations for migrants at sea but urged the international community to halt returns to Libya ​until adequate human rights safeguards are ensured.

PARIS (AP) — French authorities said Tuesday they released a tankerintercepted last month in the Mediterranean Seawhich is suspected of being part ofRussia's sanctioned shadow fleetshipping oil in violation of international sanctions.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot said in a post on X that the tanker Grinch is to leave French waters after having paid a penalty of "several million euros" and "three weeks of costly immobilization."

"Circumventing European sanctions comes at a price. Russia will no longer be able to finance its war with impunity through a ghost fleet off our coasts," Barrot said.

The French military diverted the ship last month and anchored it in the port of Fos-sur-Mer as part of an investigation into a charge of failure to fly a valid flag. The crew of Indian nationality was being kept on board.

"As part of a guilty plea procedure the company that owns the vessel was sentenced by the Marseille judicial court to a financial penalty of confiscation," the Marseille prosecutor's office and regional maritime authorities said in a joint statement.

The exact amount of the fine was not disclosed.

Russia is believed to be using a fleet of over 400 ships to evade sanctions over itswar against Ukraine. France and other countries have vowed to crack down.

The fleet comprises aging vessels and tankers owned by nontransparent entities with addresses in non-sanctioning countries, and sailing under flags from such countries.

Last September, French naval forcesboarded another oil tanker off the French Atlantic coastthat President Emmanuel Macron also linked to the shadow fleet. Putindenounced that interceptionas an act of piracy.

That tanker's captain is to go on trial next week over the crew's alleged refusal to cooperate.

U.S. Southern Command announced that the military launched strikes on three alleged drug smuggling boats in the eastern Pacific and the Caribbean on Monday, killing 11 people.

"Intelligence confirmed the vessels were transiting along known narco-trafficking routes and were engaged in narco-trafficking operations," Southern Command said Tuesday ina post to X.

The strikes are the latest in a series of controversial military operations that have alarmed and frustrated congressional critics of the administration, although lawmakershave opted toallow the strikes to continue without prior congressional approval.

In the latest announcement, U.S. Southern Command alleged the three boats were "operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations." The post referred to those killed as "male narco-terrorists," saying that eight people were killed on two boats in the eastern Pacific and three were killed on a boat in the Caribbean. No U.S. troops were harmed, the post said.

The post also said the strikes were conducted at the direction of Marine Corps Gen. Francis Donovan, who serves as the commander of U.S. Southern Command.

The military has not provided evidence that the boats or people onboard were involved in drug trafficking or proof of the number killed. NBC News has not independently verified the military's claims.

The U.S. has launched more than 40 strikes that have killed more than 130 people,according to official estimates provided by the Defense Department.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth touted the strikes in a poston X, writing, "Turns out President's Day — under President Trump — is not a good day to run drugs."

The Trump administration has claimed the strikes are needed to stop the trafficking of drugs that are killing Americans, raising tensions between the U.S. and Venezuela — a major drug transit hub, the U.S. alleges.

Critics of the strikes have painted the administration's actions as lawless and irresponsible, criticism that reached a crescendo after reports that the militarystruck one of the boats twice, ultimately killing two survivors.

In January, the U.S. launched a direct military attack on Venezuela, extraditingPresident Nicolás Maduroand his wife to face narcoterrorism and other charges in the U.S. The Maduros have pleadednot guilty to the charges.

Acting Venezuelan President Delcy Rodríguez has maintained that Maduro is stillthe legitimate leaderof Venezuela. President Donald Trumptold reporters on Mondaythat he believes Rodríguez "probably has to say that" for political reasons., adding that he thinks she is "doing a very good job."

"The likelihood of that happening is pretty good as the Titans are meant to have a new stadium completed in 2027. The NFL hasn't announced where the Super Bowl will be held after the next two but Nashville is well-poised and ready to receive one and she would like to do it there."

In other words, don't count on Taylor playing the Super Bowl next year...but keep an eye out.
