Kourtney Kardashian BarkerandScott Disick's sons are celebrating their joint birthday!
On Sunday, Dec. 14, the former couple's eldest son,Mason Disick, turned 16, and their younger son,Reign Disick, turned 11.
Kardashian Barker, 46 — who shares her sons, as well as daughterPenelope Disick, with ex Disick — marked the occasion witha tribute post on her Instagram Stories. "My birthday boys!! Two of the greatest loves of my life," theLemmefounder wrote alongside a throwback photo of Mason and Regin.
Disick, 42, meanwhile, resharedKris Jenner's birthday tribute to Mason and Reign on his own Instagram Stories,writing, "Happy birthday my boys! You make my life better each and every day!"
Grandma Jenner, 70, described Mason as "such a kind, thoughtful, creative, and confident young man" in hersocial media post, as she celebrated Reign for bringing "so much joy, laughter and light wherever you go."

Mason was born in 2009, making him thefirst grandchild of the Kardashian family.
The now-teenager's birth was filmed for and aired on season 4 of the family's original reality series,Keeping Up with the Kardashians. (They now star inThe Kardashians.)

Reign was later born five years to the day after Mason in 2014. Unlike his older siblings, Reign was not born on camera, and it took four months until a photo of him was later released in April 2015.
Penelope, 13, meanwhile, was born in July 2012. Kardashian Barker is also a mom to sonRocky Thirteen, 2, with husbandTravis Barker, as well as a stepmother to Barker's three children: daughterAlabama Barker, 19, and sonLandon Barker, 22, plus stepdaughterAtiana De La Hoya, 26.

On a recent episode ofThe Kardashians, Kardashian Barker opened up aboutwelcoming her first childand how she felt unprepared before becoming a parent.
"When I was 30, and I had Mason, nobody told me what to do, I didn't read any books, but the way that I felt, my maternal instinct, was to do attachment parenting," the mom of four said in a confessional.
"Before I had Penelope, though, I read the attachment parenting book, and it was more intentional," she continued.
"And even though I was working, I didn't really think it was an option to not work. Now, I have the option not to work, and I feel grateful to be able to find what I connect to," added Kardashian Barker.
She and Disick first met in 2006. They dated on and off until their split in 2015.
