Champions League quarter and semi-final draw live: What time is it today, teams participating and when will the next stage take place?

The remaining eight teams left in the Champions League discover their quarter-final and possible semi-final opponents on Friday as Europe’s elite competition hots up.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are the three English sides who enter the draw while Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Porto have also booked their places in the last eight.

What time is the draw & how to watch?

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League will be made at 11am UK time on Friday 19 March in Switzerland. The semi-final draw will happen straight after it.

Then at midday, draws for the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the Europa League will take place. BT Sport 1 will be showing the draw live or you can watch a live stream on the UEFA website. 

When are the quarter-finals?

The quarter-finals, played over two legs, will take place on 6-7 and 13-14 April.

The semis are held on 27-28 April and 4-5 May, with the final in Istanbul on 29 May.
