A trans migrant wanted by ICE has been arrested after allegedly stalking and raping a 14-year-old boy in New York City this week. Nicol Suarez, 30, allegedly followed the boy into a bathroom at Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem on Tuesday at around midday, police told DailyMail.com. The boy reportedly left the bathroom and flagged down witnesses, who called the police, according to a source the New York Post reported.
