Former Melbourne star David Schwarz has revealed the withering spray his mum directed at Footy Show host Eddie McGuire after he attacked Sam Newman in retaliation for an infamous incident on live TV. Schwarz was hit in the face with a cream pie by Newman in 2001 as a mock punishment for his underwhelming performance in his 150th AFL game. The footy star reacted angrily, smashing Newman in the chest and sending him flying across the set.
