Washington Wizards star Bub Carrington left the court on Monday night in a wheelchair after his head crashed flush to the court after awkwardly making contact with a New York Knicks player. The scary incident occurred in the third quarter, while Carrington was defending OG Anunoby in the third quarter. Carrington tried to strip the ball away from OG Anunoby, missed, and then fell over and collided with teammate Jonas Valanciunas on the way to the court.

The £36.5million summer signing was brought off 33 minutes into the match, with a roar going up from the home fans as the Dutchman was brought off.
