Hours later, Snoop Dogg addressed the tragic news of his granddaughter's death, sharing a photo of himself alongside Cori, 26, and his sons, Corde, 31, and Cordell, 28,on Instagram. Snoop shared no words but captioned the post with a heart and the prayer hands emoji.

Cordell also took to social media with a tribute to his sister, reposting the family photo with the caption, "Lil sis, we got you forever."

Broadus first announced that she was expecting a daughter in December 2024. Two months later, she revealed that Codiwas born prematurely, six months into her pregnancy.

"The princess arrived at 6 months," she captioned the post. "I've cried and cried, I've compared and compared, blaming myself because I wasn't able to give her all that she needed. But no matter what God always shows me that He got me!"

In subsequent social media posts, Broadus shared that her baby was delivered via C-section after doctors told her she was developing HELLP syndrome, a rare obstetric emergency characterized by hemolysis (the process of red blood cell destruction), elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets.

The "life-threatening pregnancy complication" is "very severe and can even cause death if untreated," Broadus told followers at the time. Baby Codi ended up spending 10 months in the NICU before arriving home in early January.

Throughout that period, Cori documented her time as a NICU mother, getting candid with followers about the complications that arose following her daughter's birth.

She knows what's going on. She can hear. She can see. Yeah, the circumstances are not what you thought they would be, but it could be worse.' That girl is just a sweet little firecracker."

Mexico's Sheinbaum pledges to send humanitarian aid to Cuba

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico's PresidentClaudia Sheinbaumannounced Sunday she plans to send humanitarian aid to Cuba this week, including food and other humanitarian aid.

Sheinbaum's comments came after U.S. President Donald Trump said he asked the Mexican leader to suspend oil shipments to theCaribbean island.

Sheinbaum said at a public event in the northern state of Sonora that she did not discuss Cuban affairs in a phone conversation with Trump on Thursday. She added that her government seeks to "diplomatically solveeverything related to the oil shipments (to Cuba) for humanitarian reasons."

Earlier, Trump told reporters that he told the Mexican president not to send oil to Cuba.

Following the U.S. military operation carried out in early January to remove Venezuela's PresidentNicolás Maduro, the South American nation suspended oil shipments to Cuba, which had been declining in recent years.

Mexico then became the main supplier of crude oil and refined products to Havana.

Mexican oil has long acted as akey lifeline for Cuba. In its most recent report, Pemex said it shipped nearly 20,000 barrels of oil per day to Cuba from January through Sept. 30, 2025.

In September,U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio visited Mexico City. Afterward, Jorge Piñon, an expert at the University of Texas Energy Institute who tracks shipments using satellite technology, said the figure had fallen to about 7,000 barrels.
