Why Bukayo Saka is out of Arsenal’s clash with Manchester United

Bukayo Saka has been forced to miss Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Manchester United due to a hip injury.
The 19-year-old England international has been one of Arsenal’s standout players this season was expected to continue his run in the side at the Emirates but Gabriel Martinelli has come in as a replacement, the only change from the side’s 3-1 win at Southampton.
Club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is also absent – in order to be with his mother who is struggling with health issues – and Thomas Partey and Emile Smith Rowe start despite concerns over their fitness.

Both players hobbled off with cramp in the second half at St Mary’s in midweek but have been passed fit to take on second-placed United.
Kieran Tierney, meanwhile, has failed to return to full fitness after a leg injury and has not made Mikel Arteta’s squad with Cedric Soares starting in his place on the left side of Arsenal’s back four, just as he did against Southampton.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made five changes to his team that were stunned at home to Sheffield United on Wednesday night.
Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof, Fred, Scott McTominay and Edinson Cavani all return to the Red Devils’ starting XI, while Alex Telles, Axel Tuanzebe, Nemanja Matic, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial make way.
