Elon Musk is being sued by MAGA influencer and alleged baby mama Ashley St. Clair for sole custody of her newborn child, whom she claims he fathered. In a petition filed with the New York Supreme Court on Friday, St. Clair, 26, says the Tesla CEO and DOGE Chief has had no involvement in the upbringing of her son. The influencer also filed a second lawsuit to obtain a paternity test from Musk, since 'the father of the subject child has not been legally established,' she wrote in her first filing.
