Taylor Swift doesn't have any nominations at tonight's 2026 Grammys.
Her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, wasn't eligible as it was released after the August 31 deadline.

Taylor Swift had one of the biggest album releases of the year withThe Life of a Showgirl. Still, when Grammy nominationswere announcedin November for the 2026 ceremony, Swift wasn't anywhere on the list.
So was the artist's latest album completely snubbed? Not at all—it just isn't eligible for tonight's ceremony. Swift releasedThe Life of a Showgirlon Oct. 3, 2025. The eligibility period for the 2026 awards coversworks releasedbetween Aug. 31, 2024 to Aug. 30, 2025.The Life of a Showgirlcan still be submitted for the 2027 Grammys, though (where the period is Aug. 31, 2025 to Aug. 30, 2026).
ELLE understands Swiftwon't be at the 2026 Grammystonight. Grammys executive producer Ben Winston shut down rumors of her making a show appearance earlier this week in an interview withHits. "The only reason people think Taylor might be performing or coming is becauseHitsdecided to print it this week and put it in theirHitsList, and it was picked up globally," he said. "ButHitsjust totally made that up. And now I am getting asked about it by you, as if it's a real thing, when it was made up in your office! That really is a full-circle rumor!"
At the 2025 show, shewas a presenter, ultimately giving Beyoncé the Best Country Award. While she was nominated forThe Tortured Poets Department, shedid not winany awards.

For the moment, however, Swift has been enjoying a well-deserved break after releasing herDisney+ documentary seriesThe End of an Erain December. A source recently toldEntertainment Tonight, "Taylor's happy, grounded, and fully focused on her life with Travis [Kelce, her fiancé]. Right now, she's prioritizing everything positive and exciting happening in her life."
In December, a source toldUs Weekly, Swift "always has ideas percolating" for her music career but isn't imminently going on tour forThe Life of a Showgirl. "There have been ideas floated, but right now she is enjoying her break."
The insider added that she and Kelce have been planning their wedding together: "Taylor thinks it's cute [he's involved], and it's something they have been bonding over."
During an early October appearance on BBC Radio 1, Swiftconfirmedshe isn't feeling any "itch" to tour again. "I am going to be really honest with you," she told host Greg James. "I am so tired when I think about doing it again because I'd want to do it really well again."
