On Wednesday, Jan. 28, the supermodel and mom of three, 45, shared several snaps onInstagramof her family of five to commemorate her baby boy's first birthday. The toddler, whomshe welcomed in 2025with husbandJoaquim Valente, can be in the first picture inthe 15-photo carouselsitting on a toy pony with a "Happy Birthday" balloon next to him.
"I can't believe it's already been over a year since you came to bless our lives. Thank you, God, for so much. ❤️ 🙏" she wrote in her caption, also including the message in Portuguese.

Since welcoming her baby last year, Bündchen has been enjoying all of life's moments with her family.
The doting mom recently recapped some recent moments that she spent with her family, saying that they filled her heart with gratitude. Bündchen shared several pictures showing her three kids, includingdaughter Vivian Lake, 12, and son Benjamin Rein, 15, whom she shares with exTom Brady, and additional family members.
"As the new year unfolds, my heart is full of gratitude for the moments spent recharging with my family. May this year bring you love, health, peace, and new adventures," she wrote under the post. "May you find the courage to honor your heart's calling and to know and love yourself more deeply."

Ahead of the new year, Bündchen also shared a recap of her year onInstagram, highlighting her recent motherhood journey and some of the "sacred moments" she spent with her baby boy. In the post, she included snaps of herself during her pregnancy as well as some with her son and her husband.
"As 2025 comes to an end, my heart is full. This year brought deep lessons and profound growth. Becoming a mother again reshaped everything—my time, my priorities, my heart," she wrote. "I'm grateful for these sacred moments that changed me in ways words can't fully hold."
"Thank you, 2025," she added. "I step into this new year with gratitude, love, and trust for what's next. ❤️🙏🏼✨."

Three months after welcoming her baby boy, the mom of three shared an update on how her transition into motherhood was going. Bündchen spoke withVogue Franceabout how her routine has shifted.
"Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I'm back in control of my routine," said Bündchen. "As any new mom knows, it's incredible how much sleep — or lack of it — can change everything!"
"But once again, I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless," she added.
